In Music class, students not only sing, read notes and rhythms, and play instruments, but also listen to and learn about different styles of music and are introduced to instruments of the orchestra. Teaching at both Trout Primary and Brookhollow Elementary allows me to teach students from Kindergarten through Fifth Grade. You can reach me at emorton@lufkinisd.org.
Class Announcements  Brookhollow MagicBrookhollow Magic is a choir comprised of 4th and 5th grade students who volunteer to present musical programs throughout the year. They perform for every awards assembly, open house, Fall Carnival, a Christmas tour, and a spring tour. Their hard work and dedication is an asset to Brookhollow Elementary.

 Trout SingsationsTrout Singsations is a group of second grade students that focuses on musical enrichment and performance. Participation requires each student commitment through attendance, classroom work habits, and musical excellence.
